Telerad.jobs is operated by Yellowcross Healthcare Commerce LLC. This page describes what we collect, who receives it, and how long we keep it. It does not claim a certification, regulatory endorsement, or legal guarantee we have not obtained.
No patient information
This service collects only typed business and professional fields. Do not submit patient information, medical records, images, or attachments anywhere on this site — every form rejects free-text notes, uploads, and unrecognized fields.
What we collect
- Account identity: email address and sign-in credentials, verified before use.
- Clinician profile: name, specialty and subspecialty, country of residence, licensing jurisdictions, self-reported board qualification category, desired work pattern, language capabilities, and availability selections.
- Employer and job data: organization identity, membership, and the structured job fields used to generate a listing (specialty, contract type, location, compensation, and similar).
- Coverage requests: business contact details, organization, facility type, licensing jurisdictions, coverage needs, and coarse workload bands — never patient-level volumes or schedules.
- Consent records: which optional program you joined or withdrew from, and when.
Who receives it
When you apply to a job, the named employer receives the exact profile snapshot you authorize for that application — nothing more. Coverage requests and optional recruiting opt-ins are handled by Yellowcross staff. We do not sell personal data, and a clinician's contact details are never shared across brands by implication.
Retention
These are our product defaults, not a statement of universal legal requirements:
- Unverified registrations expire after 7 days.
- Application records are kept for 180 days after the related job closes.
- Inactive clinician profiles are reviewed after 24 months.
- Closed coverage inquiries are retained for 12 months unless they become an active commercial record.
- Delivery events (email status) are retained for 90 days.
- Aggregate operational metrics without direct identifiers are retained for 13 months.
Your choices
Alerts for this brand, joining the Yellowcross recruiting network, and introductions for other roles are three independent, unticked choices you can withdraw at any time from your account. You can request an export or deletion of your account data from Account.
No tracking
This site does not run third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or session-replay tools on any page.
